My Live Out Loud (online) and Life after Love Workshops (online) are specifically for those around coming out later but open to a wider group.
Nourish and Nurture groups (online) for all women contain a good mixture of sexual orientations, a huge amountof warmth and acceptance and run for 5 months each winter. This is my signature group and whilst it’s not a substitute for therapy it provides some aspects of therapeutic holding by a group.
Residential Retreats are available 3 times a year at Wise Women Retreats in Derbyshire and through Out & Wild’s Relationship Residential also in Derbyshire in 2027.
The Out Late Therapy Group for coming out is undergoing collaborative review to consider how we might incorporate some in person sessions into the work and is currently open to new members. It will run with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 8, other details will be found here when they have been finalised.

Women In Love – a unique psychology
Miriam’s private Facebook group on Facebook for clients and therapists and others who are interested in exploring psychology of women with women centred terms derived from lived experience.
About: Psychology and relationship psychology has been developed mainly by cis het men and delivered on the assumption that heterosexual norms can be transferred to same sex relationships. Romantic relationships between women are intrinsically different and this group is dedicated to articulating a psychology that is helpful to women who love women.
I am a psychotherapist with over 3 and a half decades of experience and I have researched and written about women coming out later in life. I wanted to find a space to put some of my work ‘out there’ and a community of women who want to question, contribute and debate the existing paradigm.

My own go-to UK group a sub group of a large international 2016 wave of Bloomers. This group has a depth of experience.
Late Bloomers UK (1.6k members)
A newer, livelier UK group. Huge with subsets of WhatsApp groups. If you’re in a large group you often find people use code names.
It is a great mix to belong to both as they are so different.
