Psychotherapist, Author & Podcaster
Miriam Grace supports women through menopause, relationships and other transitions
Welcome. In 2025 I celebrated 35 years in practice as a psychotherapist. I support all women to find their unique identity, to trust and accept themselves and manage difficult symptoms.
Many of my clients in life’s transitions are exploring their sexuality, finding their voice, experiencing the end of relationships. Midlife and menopause can provide a pause and a space to evaluate, to change direction, or to grieve the losses and lack of fulfilment.
I offer retreats, workshops, therapy, groups and writing. Please explore my website and contact me if I can be of help.
Menopause • Sexuality • Relationship Break-up • Empty Nest • Caring Responsibilities • Bereavement • Parenting • Chronic & Acute Health Challenges • Confidence & Anxiety • Life Path & Meaning • Fulfilment

Out & Wild Festival
I will be at the OUT & WILD FESTIVAL in Devon in July – message me if you’ll be there as I’d love to meet you in person, and if you’re booking your tickets this weekend then you must use the code MIRIAM when you book because you’ll qualify for a £25 discount!
Is it time for YOU to take the plunge? (Perhaps literally at one of the outdoor activity sessions?) Will it help to know there will be a friendly face there? Remember you can contact me or post in my facebook group “Women in Love: A unique psychology” for pre festival chat and meet ups. There’s also a chat group on my app Sage & Circle a brand new community that needs a few more contributing members to liven things up.
Read my blog about taking next steps. Maybe the OUT & WILD FESTIVAL could be a supported next step for you? There’s poetry to paddle-boarding, Qi-gong to gong baths, workshops, walks, singing, dancing, forest bathing and crafting.
